With our traditional vintage attractions and transport we stand out from the rest. Another reason is our one and only travelling Fly- o- Plane you can see more about this and our many other rides on the attraction page.

Also on this site you will find an array of information for enthusiasts, the general public, and for anyone needing us to supply you with our services.

About Us
The whole thing started in the 70’s when the  whole thing started as Masons Amusements,  from a hoopla to what you see today.

As time went on, machines were bought and sold such as the ark, divebomber, coaster to name a few. Did you know our old ark, featured in the 1973 film “That’ll be the day”

Late family member Ted Free purchased for the family the fly-o-plane, the only one travelling in the world!

The turn of the millenium saw a new vision for Mason’s. Things changed, Mason’s Group was formed which  saw the transformation of Mason’s Amusements become Mason’s Carnival Funfair.

To help with the new vision and transformation, The Fly-o-Plane was restored and back on the travelling scene, and the acquisition of a 1960’s Coulson juvenile,  a grasscutter twist, a Winnards Train ride,  and most recently a Big wheel. Box trucks and transport got a whole fresh look with paint and artwork from family member Lee Meech.
